Your Role as a Senior Solution Architect

Develop, design and deliver technical solutions within our Casetivity platform based on customer needs.

• Create the Casetivity solution architecture and design of business requirement for projects.
• Provide technical leadership to deliver high quality technical solutions using Java, Groovy, React JS, Spring Framework, BPM and PostgreSQL/Oracle to our customers.
• Verify stability, interoperability, portability, security, or scalability of systems architecture.
• Work with Casetivity Platform teams to develop scalable solutions and products with consideration to functional and non-functional requirements.
• Lead design sessions to develop potential solutions using UML and ERD, for the features identified in each client project.
• Work with multiple client projects to understand new features that need to be developed.
• Define and analyze objectives, scope, issues, or organizational impact of information systems.
• Identify opportunities for process, software tools, methodology improvements for the technical team to improve team productivity.
• Collaborate with engineers or software developers to select appropriate design solutions or ensure the compatibility of Casetivity and other systems components.
• Work with the Development Team Leads for the effective allocation of Developers, skills and forecast future needs.
• Provide daily technical direction and management supervision and support to Developers.
• Develop or approve project plans, schedules, or budgets.

This is a telecommuting position working from home. May reside anywhere in the United States.

Qualifications

Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or closely-related field plus 3 years experience in software engineering, or in the alternative, Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a closely-related field plus 5 years experience in software engineering.

Experience, which may have been gained concurrently with primary requirement above, must include 3 years of experience with:

• Developing applications, systems or web platforms using Java, Groovy, React JS, Spring; and
• Creating IT design models using BPM, UML and ERD to fit customer requirements.
